Host an Event

If you are interested in hosting THE BRUCE WOD at your gym, please take a few minutes to complete our short questionnaire. Our primary fundraising event is around Veterans Day each year. However, we are open to your hosting THE BRUCE WOD at any time throughout the year. We will contact you within 72 hours to discuss your interest.

THE BRUCE will provide the following:

1. Competition Corner Event set up and heat assignments
2. FB Event to share with registration link
3. Link on our website event page with your logo
4. Regular announcements highlighting Early Bird Discount, T-Shirt Deadline, etc.
5. Deliver the event shirts organized with participant names
6. Add your gym to our long list of partner gyms to refer future veteran scholarship applicants
7. Provide a custom BRUCE (Official Partner) Logo for your website/social media and two 4”stickers for your placement in your gym (front door etc.)
8. Provide an event ambassador (if available)

Gym expectations:

1. Have the lights on
2. Have the equipment ready, clean, and prepared (we can provide suggestions of layout)
3. Share our Social Media posts on your pages and blast it to your clients regularly
4. Provide one six- or eight-foot table with two chairs for check in
5. Provide one or two people to check athletes in
